Odering threw Amazon I was able to get a fast speedient replacement at $ 13.00 cost or more for shipping return.
The new one boots up and works fine screen looks good but the gap in the TF slot still there .
I was told it was allready regesterd and gave a web site address and a Username and Password to use ,I guess for service and upgrades ,the Web site does not allow the given username or password and there customer service sends you to another site and another site and another site ,and the Serial number on the box and the outside of the tool does not match the serial number on the recorded internal data of the tool,It appears the product is made in China and the manufacturing and shipping and all handling of everything is threw China ,but the web site and all business transactions are being controlled by Russia ,I didn't know the Russians had such a tight leash on the poor Chinese and are able to lead them around by there noses ,Oh well the tool works good and I saved over $300. cost from buying it at my local Napa Auto parts store which is what I would have preferd ,so if there was any problems I could just walk strait into the store and get GOOD service ....I hope I don't need any upgrades or need the 1 year warantee ,I guess I will use the tool as much as possible and get it to pay for itself that way ,and hope those poor Chinese people don't get to screwd by the Ruskians .

A:Joe, that's kind of a tricky question, unfortunately I had to send my back becasue it was a China import. You have to be careful when you purchase this brand as they will only support usa models here in the states. If you go to launch's website they pop a message that informs you of this. The benifit of a usa product over a China import is that there are lifetime updates available for this product. As far as the product itself I really like mine (I did end up purchasing a usa one from my local supplier) it is very easy to use and it can look at the pcm, bcm, abs, air bag, steering angle seners, and oil life rests. For your case I would think that you would be able to use for you error becasue the suspension is ran there the pcm for the air ride.
